BuddahDesmond’s Bio:
BuddahDesmond is a poet who writes about the human condition in a way that is edgy, raw, and, at times, unconventional. His writing is inspired by personal experiences and the social, political, cultural, and historical events of the day. While the subject matter may be heavy, his tone remains hopeful, persistent, and engaging. His writing has appeared in The Reporter and Pictures and Frames Magazine. He’s also been a contributor for Encore Status Entertainment. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Maryland University College, he’s also a singer, artist, cook, voice actor, and user experience (UX) professional. Prevail: Poems on Life, Love, and Politics is his first volume of poetry. He currently resides in Alexandria, VA with his partner.
