Demetrius’ Bio:

Demetrius Irick was born and raised in Orangeburg South Carolina. Born in July 1973, Demetrius at age of 16 became fascinated by the street life. He began to hang with the hustlers and dealers where he began experimenting with weed, alcohol and cocaine. Caught up in this lifestyle, he lost himself to the streets and by age 21 he was in prison. After serving 4 years in prison, he returned to society determined to make a drastic change in his life to avoid being a repeat offender.

While in prison, Demetrius found a relationship with God, which enable him to transform his view of life. Today, Demetrius is the District Manager of a well-established retail chain. Demetrius is responsible for creating more than 18 million dollars in sales yearly to his organization. Demetrius volunteers at the local county jail, where he mentors to other incarcerated men about the power of Our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. Demetrius is married and has two beautiful daughters, which are his daily motivation.

Demetrius and his wife, Jacqueline, recently created a publishing company to help first-time authors get their books into print after struggling with the process himself.
