First, she feels it; then Keturah Israel, writes. In her writing, Keturah journeys to that place within her soul where all that matters is her awareness of self. Vulnerable, yet resilient, she uses writing as a medium for self-reflection and personal growth, and as a tool to help others see inside their own sacredness. A writer with a passion to help others find their healing, Israel understands that every bump in her road thus far, has been fodder for her stories…and lessons for her readers and students.

A resident of Georgia, Keturah is one of the few actually born and raised in Atlanta. She has been passionately writing short pieces of literary fiction and non-fiction for over 10 years. Cricket Promises is her first novel.
