Pamela’s Bio:
The lure of enticing words has always captivated Pamela D. Rice. Known for her stimulating and thought-provoking views, Pamela possesses fervor for creatively giving a voice to victims who suffer in silence, afraid to speak for themselves. Inspired by everyday situations and social exchanges, Pamela has always enjoyed observing people and dissecting their interactions; this hobby became her muse. It is her desire to become a literary vessel that brings light to social ills and their reach beyond all racial, cultural and socio-economic classes. Through inspirational prose, she is destined to heal the human soul.
Pamela has enjoyed success and rave reviews with her first novel, “The Sunday Morning Wife”, which was nominated for Breakout Author of the Year by the African American Literary Awards Show for. The book has currently spent eighteen months on the Black Christian News Network Top Ten List for Christian Fiction, and was also on the Black Expression Top Twenty List in August 2011.
When Pamela is not writing, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring other cultures.
