Robert Covelli
Robert’s Bio:
Poet, novelist and former English teacher, Robert Covelli lives in Santa Fe, NM, with his wife and daughter. He’s been writing since he was a little guy. Robert loved sports when he was younger, and he’s always treasured the woods. Literature, politics, philosophy, environmentalism are what typically occupy his deeper thoughts. The classics called Robert first; then he had to familiarize himself with modern arts and how they render the twentieth century–which may have begun with the French Revolution. Robert’s parents were Depression kids. Mom a farm girl and Dad very poor in a blue collar neighborhood, they moved into the middle class along with the economy after the Second World War. Writing isn’t work, unless work is substantially different than American culture understands the term.
