Writing Prompt: Walk a mile in my shoes...

You are searching through your closet and you come across a pair of shoes that you don’t remember buying. You’re pretty sure they’re not any shoes you’ve ever purchased, but you really like the way they look. You decide to try them on. Instantly, you are transported to a room in another time in history. You look in the mirror and see another face staring back at you that’s not your own, but you know it’s you looking at this image. Explain who you are and where you are.

Rules for writing prompts:

1) You must be registered to earn points. There’s no need to register if you’re not interested in earning points. All are welcome to participate in the writing prompts.

2) Keep your story to 500 words or less.

3) Submit your story in the comments.

4) You’ll earn 50 points for your story as long as it makes sense, follows the story line of the writing prompt and is more than 300 words but less than 500 words. If you’re story is 299 words or less, you’ll earn 25 points.

Once you accumulate enough points, you can redeem them for Amazon Gift Cards.
